Community Hospital of McCook, Nebraska is hosting a Walk to Remember for families who have lost a baby due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, and infant death. It is not a fundraiser, but is for the hearts and minds of families who have suffered a loss. Our walk will be October 12, 2003 at 3pm. We will meet in the chapel at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 509 West 1st St, McCook, for a short memorial service, walk, and a tree dedication. This does not have to be a recent loss. H.A.N.D.'s 15th Annual Remembrance and Tree Rededication Ceremony Sunday, October 19, 2003, at 2 p.m. Bellaire Park

Houston's Aid in Neonatal Death (H.A.N.D.) invites you, your family members, and friends to the rededication of our memorial tree in Bellaire Park at 7008 S. Rice Ave. The ceremony will consist of a remembrance program in the city hall auditorium, balloon release at the tree, and then refreshments in the auditorium. We will also be honoring past and present H.A.N.D. families who have been instrumental in the organization.

It will be a ceremonial walk and program designed for families and friends to gather together, remember and celebrate the lives of the children they have lost through death at any age (from pregnancy to adulthood).
